In order to successfully clear your browser cache, Chrome will need to be completely closed out after the cache has been cleared.


To clear your browser cache, please follow these instructions:

1) Select the 3 dots in the top right corner of Chrome and then select "Delete browsing Data"

2)  Make sure the dropdown box has "All Time" selected, then select 'Delete Data'

3)  Close out of all Chrome windows.
