How to get GreenShot to use Print Screen button

In order to use the Print Screen button in the VDI environment to launch the GreenShot Screen capture software, you need to disable the Windows built in screen capture software from using that first by following these directions.

Go to the Windows Button and then click on Settings
Select the Accessibility category from the Left Side panel and then scroll down to the Keyboard Settings
Make sure the "Use the Print screen key to open screen capture" option is disabled/off
