Installing Text Blaze
To install Text Blaze follow the steps below. 1. Go to this link, left click “Add to Chrome” in the top right of the screen. 2.Left click “Add to Chrome” again on the next page. 3.Left click “Add extension” then a new page will open. 4. On that new page put your company email in the box, and a new password in the next boxes. 5. Once the install is done you are now ready to start using Text Blaze.

How to get GreenShot to use Print Screen button
In order to use the Print Screen button in the VDI environment to launch the GreenShot Screen capture software, you need to disable the Windows built in screen capture software from using that first by following these directions. Go to the Windows Button and then click on Settings Select the Accessibility category from the Left Side panel and then scroll down to the Keyboard Settings Make sure the "Use the Print screen key to open screen capture" option is disabled/off

How to use GreenShot Screen Capture Software

Setting will be saved to your windows profile Double click on the GreenShot Icon on your desktop to launch it for the first time. This will have to be done every time you get a new windows Session. You can simply hit the print screen button on your keyboard or go the the mini-task bar and click on the GreenShot icon and then select the type of Capture you are wanting to use. Once you have captured the image you want, it will open up the Editor tool where you can edit the image or copy it to your clipboard and then paste to what program you need to.

OneNote not Syncing (Delete Cache)
First will need to close out all OneNote Notebooks that are currently open in your OneNote. Open File Explorer and select my pc and then double click Local Disk (C:) Double click the Users folder and then find your name and double click on it also. Next double click on the App Data folder. If you can’t see it, will need to click the View tab and make sure View Hidden Items is checked. Next double click the following folders; Local -> Microsoft -> OneNote -> 16.0 You should see the files pictured below. Select the cache folder and hit delete. After it is deleted open any OneNote files you need and they should sync up. Now, you will need to reopen any of the OneNotes that you are needing and should sync up

One Time Password (OTP) SID700 hardware token Activation Goto (https://awlinc.auth.securid.com/mypage/) Enter your work provided email address. Next button Enter your associated password. Will be prompted to Approve access on the current mobile device you have setup on your RSA profile First time logging into the site will prompt you to Access your location. Click Ok/Allow on the following popups to move forward. Once logged in, will see all the devices currently registered to your profile Select Activate Token Confirm Token Serial Number (000438######) on the device you have Next button Enter the number displayed on the physical token and then press Next Leave the name how it is already setup for, click next Create personal 6-8 digit PIN (This PIN will be used every time you login). Click Next Select Test Now to verify token is working Your 6-digit PIN + random numbers generated by the OTP token are two factor login. This is what you will need to do every time you’re prompted to confirm connection. Finished
